ABOUT
I received my master degree in Architecture from Academy of Art University in San Francisco. It's a unique opportunity for me to chase my dream as an Architect. I was working as a Fashion Designer in China after I graduated from Xi’an Academy of Fine Arts majoring Fashion Design, but I am extremely enthusiastic about Architecture. I emphasize the expression of sustainability, natural material, assemblage of parts, light, shadow, technology, ecological, adaptability over time, , and appropriateness of space.
For the past four years, I have studied several correlative classes such as Design Process & 3D Media, Spatial Composition, Construction Documents and Building Codes, building detailing, and building structures. I'm familiar with REVIT as well as various other design and rendering programs including 3D Max, SketchUp, Bonzai 3D, Form Z, Auto CAD, and Desktop Publishing Programs including Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.

Project Manager
Worked on 14 units, $5.5M multifamily residential in Novato, CA. Which is a sustainable housing option for homeless families, specifically single mother families.
Managed the project of remodeling an existing basement to 2 unit apartments in San Francisco. Created full set of construction documents and permits, including floor plan, building interior elevation, and sections. Assigned specifications for interior finishes and materials, and consulted with clients.
Designed 11 Units in a 6 story multifamily new building in the heart of Mission District, San Francisco. Building includes 1st floor retail, bike & car lift parking, one and two bedrooms apartments, lofts, and roof garden. Worked on the review set for floor plans, interior elevations, sections, and 3D information modeling and rendering.
Worked on Chase bank as-built Survey set. Created full set includes floor plans, elevations, site plan with ADA path of travel and survey notes, reflected ceiling plan, 360 photo plan, and roof plan.

Architecture Designer (Internship) 2013 June - November
Designed a cafe shop in Downtown Oakland. Provided for code-compliant bathroom facilities, a locker/change room for employees, food/ drink prep bar, improved lightings. Created a full set of plans, interior elevations, electrical plans, and details. Permit in Process.
Designed a modern back yard in Fremont, CA. Created outdoor deck area outside of the living room, added built in BBQ and fireplace near the original pool, and created a dinning garden area with shading device.
Designed plans of remodeling an existing basement into useable area connecting with upstairs areas. The project included indoor movie theater, indoor-outdoor kitchen and bar, and BBQ dining area.
